A high performing secondary school in North London is looking for an proactive and passionate Teaching Assistant to join them on a long term basis. Working hours will be 8:15am – 4pm, Monday to Friday, term time only. This role is to start in September for the new academic year.

About the Role
The appointed Teaching Assistant will be joining a successful and supportive Learning Support department. Working closely with the SENCO and class teachers, the Teaching Assistant will be responsible for providing outstanding academic and pastoral support to students. The role will involve working 1:1 with key students, with a range of SEN and/or EAL needs, supporting across the curriculum from KS3 to GCSE.
The role is suited to both recent graduates who are pursuing a career in education, or experienced Teaching Assistants.
The school is located in Haringey with excellent public transport links and free on-site parking to staff.
