We are looking for a friendly all rounder with great customer service skills to work front of house and in the kitchen here at Theo's. You will be contributing to a range of expectations, including food and beverage preparation, excellent customer service and continuously developing and upholding customer relationships.
Theo's is an independent coffee shop within Mumbles Methodist Church. We are passionate about serving our customers excellent food and coffee. This is a great opportunity to join a close knit team and become an extremely valued employee.
We ask that you are a hard working individual and a team player and that you have previous experience working effectively with others. Ideally you will have previous barista and cooking experience however training is provided.
