Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to work in the exciting New Homes industry?
We are currently seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our new homes sales targets are met through: actively working on sales leads, carrying out property viewings and converting these into sales. You'll become the expert in New Homes and will answer all prospective buyer queries and work closely with the marketing team to promote our properties and generate leads.
We are looking for an experienced sales negotiator, who ideally has some knowledge of the new build process or had experience selling new homes. We will provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed on our developments, fully understand the housebuilding process, and provide you with the foundation to develop your off-plan sales techniques. As you grow into the role there will be opportunity to attend site appraisals and work alongside the senior management team to bring new developments to the market.

What We're Looking For:
- 3+ Years Experience as Sales Negotiator or Similar Role
- Proven Track Record of Hitting Targets
- Motivated and Committed to Personal Development
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn
- Flexible Approach to Work
- Full, Clean Drivers Licence and Own Car
Job Specifics:
- Annual Salary with Commission Structure: OTE of £22,000
- Working Hours: 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 10am- 4pm Saturday (3 Saturdays Worked Each Month)
(Every Saturday worked affording 1 day lieu to use in the week)
