Customer Care Assistant:-

You’ll be the person who offers customers a warm welcome to the restaurant and anticipate what they need. That means everything from clearing trays and explaining the menu, to getting to know our regular customers. Working mostly in the dining area, you’ll monitor quality and cleanliness and ensure everything runs smoothly. We'll train you up to deliver your best.

We want every Tim Horton's customer to have a brilliant experience, every time they visit. That means hot food in a clean and friendly restaurant. As a Customer Care Assistant, think of yourself as the face of your restaurant. In a nutshell, you'll deal with customers and make sure everything runs as it should in the customer areas. Activities include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, looking after customers' specific needs, keeping high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets and helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's your responsibility to establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and to keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.50-£10.70 per hour
